11. Co-ordination between Management and Employees Representatives
12. Performance Review of Employees & Promotion
13. Preparation and Submission of various Reports to the Ministry
14. Correspondence to the Ministry
15. Regulation of Medical Attendance Rules
16. Staff Welfare Measures
17. Co-ordination with other departments as well as Ministry
18. Transport Activities
19. Running and Maintenance of Canteen.
20. Guest House Services
21. Co-ordination for Organising & Conduct of Meetings/ Seminars/
Conferences.
22. Co-ordination for implementation of Official Language.
23. Safeguarding of Institute premises.
