He has specialized in the field of Ultra Precision Engineering and systems development at Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI). He has 11+ years of technical experience and expertise in advanced manufacturing & indigenous product developmental projects in Ultra Precision Engineering Domain.
He has contributed his expertise in handling and realization of complex research and developmental products involving from theoretical design calculations, Conceptual and Engineering Design, Co-ordination with precision manufacturing and metrology, development and deployment of indigenous precision assembly and integration techniques, ultra precise testing methodologies in product validation down to nanometer accuracies. He is part of the team, which have successfully developed commercial ultra precision products (TRL 7 to 8 levels), which are ingenious and indigenous developments of the country.
He has guided MTech/PG Diploma project students for CMTI’s research activities and has co-ordinated CMTI’s training programs on Single Point Diamond Turning and Micro & Nano fabrication courses for industrial participants and researchers.
