- Mrs Sharmila M R holds more than 17 years of vast experience in the field of “Human resource and Administration” both in Private as well as Government sectors.
- Working in Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, Bangalore since 2010.

- Technology Marketing and Value addition Cell
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Liasoining and Public relation activities of the Institute
- Legal Cell.
- Mrs. Sharmila M R Obtained Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University, MBA (HR & Marketing) from Premium Management Institute-Christ College Institute of Management, Bangalore University and M.Phil (Management) from M K University.
