- Design and development of various test rigs/ test setups, such as pneumatic, electro hydraulic and hydraulic system for qualification testing of airworthy LRUs.
- Development of special purpose test rigs for industrial and aerospace applications.
- Qualification testing of aircraft hydraulic LRUs like hydraulic pumps, actuators, filters, hydraulic release valve, up locks, QDC, heat shrinkable sleeves, titanium tubes, heat exchangers etc.
- Integration and proving of hydraulic systems with special purpose machines.
- Servo controller tuning and trouble shooting of hydraulic systems.
- Modal analysis of heavy machine tool structure: Development of Electro Hydraulic Force Exciter for modal analysis of machine tool/ heavy structure with static preload up to 500kg and dynamic load of 50 kg at frequency up to 1000 hz.
- Pneumatic air pressure cycling at high frequency: Development of Electro hydraulic Pneumatic separator for pressure endurance testing of MEMS based pneumatic pressure sensors or pneumatic elements with pressure ranges up to 20 bar and frequency up to 5 Hz.
- Pressure cycling of hydraulic elements by maintaining fluid temperature at its extreme temperature: Pressure pulsation testing of hydraulic system LRUs by maintaining inlet hydraulic oil temperature at 135ºC and -40 ºC.
- Failure analysis of hydraulic system filters.
- Contamination control and continuous supply of hydraulic fluid at 135°C: Development of Endurance test rig for various % of stroke, % loading of LES actuator at different temperature layering for continuous supply of hydraulic fluids up to 135°C for endurance testing of LES actuators.
- Heating of aviation kerosene Jet A1, beyond its self ignition point: Development of hydraulic system for continuous supply of fuel Jet A1at 270°C for qualification testing of fuel actuators.
- Development of Electro hydraulic pneumatic separator for Qualification testing of Pneumatic MEMS pressure sensors for its airworthiness.
- Development of Battery Operated Hydraulic Rig for charging of Parking Brake Accumulator of LCA Tejas Aircraft
- Pressure Impulse Testing of Aircraft hydraulic elements with hydraulic fluid at its elevated temperature +135ºC and -40ºC.
- Development of Electro hydraulic force exciter for modal analysis of machine tool structure.
- Characterization of Hydraulic propulsion system
- Up gradation of Multipass filter test rig to ISO 16889
- Development of Endurance test rig for LES actuator with Electro hydraulic Heating and control of hydraulic oil temperature to continuous supply of hydraulic fluid at 135 ± 2 ºC.
- Pressure cycling of QDC with air media for pressure up to 0-15 bar at a frequency 0.5 hz.
- Design and development of test setup for various qualification testing of hydraulic elements like actuators, servo valve, hydraulic system filters, up locks, Ti tubes, NRV, QDC, hydraulic release valve, FDCV, Heat exchanger etc tested for its qualification as part of indigenization.
- Development of Universal test rig to test industrial pumps, valves, and hydraulic cylinders in a single test bench.
- Design and development of endurance test rig for LES actuator at fluid temperature max at 135ºC.
